Bake the Memories isn’t rooted in a perfect kitchen or a long line of family recipes. It’s rooted in love. My grandmothers, Nyla Patricia and Rose Marie, were not known for baking, but they were known, at least to me, for an unconditional love that made space for curiosity, creativity, and belonging.
Because of that love, I grew into someone who follows her interests and finds meaning in sharing food, time, and care with others. Bake the Memories exists to make seasonal baking and shared creativity more accessible — through small-batch treats, shared tools, simple creative projects, and the celebration of local makers.
Based in Northwest Arkansas, this work is growing slowly and intentionally. It’s meant to be welcoming and unhurried, rooted in the quiet rhythm of making and sharing something that brings people to the same table.
